- A short call about goal, use and scope, by video or phone.
- You receive a written quote with scope, schedule and a fixed price.

What to include in your message
- Goal and audience of the film
- Where it will run: website, trade show, LinkedIn, TV or internal
- Budget range, if you already know it
- Existing material such as logos, photos or CAD data
