The brief: advanced packaging and LearningBoost in around 30 seconds each
ACS builds controllers and drives for precision motion in semiconductor manufacturing. Two capabilities had to become clear in around 30 seconds each, for a specialist audience on LinkedIn.
First, advanced packaging, with the message
“Proven in the Front End. Ready for Advanced Packaging.”
Second, LearningBoost, an AI-based control algorithm:
“Learns and Adapts”
Neither of them can be filmed.
The idea
Two films, one hero, one visual world.
The hero is a black horse, the knight from the ACS emblem. The glowing red line from the logo becomes its path of motion.
In “The Path” the horse builds a new city district with every leap, layer by layer. In the end the whole city turns out to be a chip package with stacked dies.
In “Solid Ground” the line draws the path ahead of the horse and swerves around disruptions, earlier and tighter each time. Finally the learned path draws the emblem into the city.
Production: fully generative AI teaser in 16:9
First a storyboard with style frames, approved by ACS. Then fully generative production across several image and video models.
Editing, compositing, motion design, grading, music and sound design were handled as in any post-production.

Result
Two data-sheet terms became a story with a hero, a place and a reveal.
And a client who recognises the technology in the images:
“[…] He took the time to understand our company, our brand, and a very technical capability offering, then turned that understanding into a creative concept that was remarkably accurate from the start. He just got it. […]”
Shot list
The Path
- 0–2 sHooves in the rain, the red line lights up
- 6–9 sA leap in front of neon light
- 10–14 sGlass grid above the construction site, the city grows with every leap
- 25–30 sReveal, the city as a chip package with stacked dies
Solid Ground
- 4–7 sThe line swerves around a pothole, the horse follows it
- 20–22 sAerial shot, an S-curve across the intersection
- 26–31 sThe learned path draws the knight emblem into the city
